This policy describes how RedHill Media Sp. z o.o. ("we", "the publisher") handles personal data collected through the redhillcorner.eu website ("the site"). It is written in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and applicable Polish law.

2. Data collected
The site collects the following categories of data:
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited and timestamps. Logs are retained for 30 days and used solely for security monitoring and error diagnosis. They are not used for profiling or marketing.
- Contact form submissions: Name, email address, telephone number (optional) and message content. This data is processed only to respond to the enquiry and is deleted within 12 months of the last correspondence.
- Cookie consent: A single functional cookie named
rh_cookie_consentstores your accept/reject choice. It contains no personal identifiers and expires after 12 months. No tracking cookies are set.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Server logs: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — security and operational continuity.
- Contact form: performance of steps prior to entering a contract or responding to a request (Article 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest in responding to correspondence.
- Cookie consent record: legal obligation to demonstrate compliance (Article 6(1)(c)).
4. Data sharing
Personal data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Server logs may be shared with hosting infrastructure providers under data processing agreements compliant with GDPR. Data may be disclosed to law enforcement or judicial authorities where required by applicable Polish law.
5. Data transfers outside the EU
All data is processed within the European Economic Area. If any transfer outside the EEA becomes necessary, it will be conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights under GDPR
As a data subject, you have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate data (Article 16).
- Request erasure of your data where processing is no longer necessary (Article 17).
- Restrict processing in certain circumstances (Article 18).
